The staff and overall welcome were truly excellent. Mrs. Cristina immediately made us feel at home. The common areas are very գեղեցous and inviting, with a slightly retro style but full of charm. The restaurant is good—nothing exceptional, but with a wide variety of options. There was quite a bit of crowding; perhaps extending meal times would help. On the other hand, the hotel was fully booked, with around 260–270 guests. The thermal pool, sauna, and steam bath are lovely.

We spent a weekend at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, especially the bartender with short white hair—truly one of a kind, friendly and welcoming. The maître d’ is highly professional and clearly excels at his job. The only area for improvement would be the food. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely return.

We stayed at this property for seven days and can only share extremely positive feedback. From the moment we arrived, the very young receptionist was courteous, smiling, and well-prepared—qualities that are not always to be taken for granted. The services, organization, and cleanliness were excellent, but above all, the kindness of the entire staff stood out. They consistently demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. A special mention goes to Mrs. Stella, always kind and smiling—a true point of reference for any request, ensuring that every expectation was met. We highly recommend this hotel, and both my friends and I will certainly return.

Four wonderful days
I am not exaggerating when I say that the four days spent at Hotel Smeraldo Terme were among the best I’ve had in recent years. I felt completely at home, with exceptional hospitality and kindness. The other guests—many of whom have been returning for years—were delightful and friendly. And the cleanliness… impeccable! A carpet so clean you could eat off it. We were absolutely delighted and will certainly return.

A newly renovated room, comfortable bed, and excellent cleanliness. The hotel features a large pool and garden. Some areas may appear a bit dated, as mentioned in other reviews, such as the dining room—but in Abano, this adds a certain charm; I would describe them as historic rather than outdated. The food was very good, especially the salad buffet. The staff are kind, and the bar area is modern, with pleasant live music in the evening. Excellent value for money.

An exceptional stay with staff worthy of praise—especially the reception team, who informed the breakfast service of our requests, the maître who guided us in choosing the menu, and the breakfast attendant who anticipated opening hours to accommodate us.

I don’t understand the negative reviews I’ve read so far. We stayed for three days and had a very positive impression. The cleanliness was impeccable, the rooms slightly dated but equipped with every comfort, and the cuisine excellent. Overall, everything was great, including the kindness of the staff. We will definitely return.

Fantastic staff, both at reception and at the bar—we were treated extremely well. We requested bathrobes and they were delivered to our room within three minutes! We enjoyed the pool, whirlpool, sauna, and steam bath—everything very clean and well maintained. The bistro offers a wide variety of dishes for an aperitif or dinner, and they make a fantastic spritz! We especially appreciated the beauty center services (a big thank you to Sabrina for her wonderful treatments). We will certainly return to try more. And for any need, just turn to Cristina—the vibrant blonde at reception—she will resolve everything immediately!

A truly pleasant and excellent experience. There is a large covered outdoor parking area. The reception area features spacious, clean, and bright lounges with armchairs, sofas, and tables in various styles. We arrived in the morning and our room was already ready. Although the hotel is somewhat dated—bathroom tiles slightly worn and doors a bit old—the cleanliness is impeccable. The room was large, with a small balcony equipped with a table and chairs. The dining room is very spacious, clean, and bright, with both square and round tables. The dishes were delicious, with generous portions. Breakfast was also highly appreciated, offering a wide variety of both sweet and savory options.
